8 km long fissure (left) with diamond bearing
kimberlite running above the ground. No mining has been done on tis
fissure but there is micro diamond proven results available, as well
as helicopter survey studies showing the magnetic fields over 8000
morgen. Recently over one million rands has already been spent on
the helicopter survey and analysis by scientists in South Africa and
in Canada, and the drilling of boreholes. All the results have been
very positive and the necessary information is available on request. |

Thirty per cent of the nett profit of the Karmel diamond mining
project, including quarterly payments. Potential for gold and uranium
mining also exists.

- The project
The Karmel diamond mining project is situated along the known diamond-bearing
trend within South African Craton. The project involves an 8 km fissure
and several pipes on 7 500 ha of property. It is located in the Free
State Province, approximately 270 km east of Kimberley.

- Exploration targets
To discover and extend high carat count gem quality diamond-bearing
kimberlite pipes, blows and fissures. The K-1 pipe has produced 10 carats
gem-quality diamonds.
